[P家廚房]簡單美味日式炒烏龍麵食譜
上周去賣場買了幾包讚岐烏龍麵,翻翻冰箱的食材剛好可以來做個日式炒烏龍。上網找了詹姆士的示範發現還蠻簡單的,跟著Penny來做看看吧!

▼先將香菇切片、洋蔥切絲、雞腿肉切塊(記得不要去皮)

▼熱鍋,但不放油,將切塊雞腿肉有皮的那一面朝下,乾煎逼出雞油

▼才煎一下子就看到好多油跑出來囉

▼接著下洋蔥用雞油炒一下

▼再接著下香菇,加入香菇後會發現雞油都被香菇吸光光了,翻炒一下讓香菇熟一點

▼等香菇熟了加入一點點米酒,約一大匙

▼接下來就是下醬油,我怕太鹹所以用日式醬油

▼接著下高湯,大概到食材的一半, 就可以將烏龍麵也一起下去煮

▼可以邊煮邊翻炒至收汁,我偷懶就加鍋蓋讓它煮一下囉!

不用煮到湯汁全乾,麵條入味,食材也熟了就可以上桌囉!因為有日式高湯及醬油,所以不需再另外調味就非常好吃了!大家試看看吧!
