[P家廚房]花魚一夜干烤法+超簡單玉米烘蛋
上次Penny在南崁築地魚金吃到一尾花魚念念不忘(請看這篇),上個周末去逛了Costco發現它們有賣花魚耶!立馬就買回家自己烤看看。

▼Penny家是普通的小烤箱,只有瓦數沒有溫度,但它有上下火。預熱我是開1000W讓它熱個五分鐘左右,之後就將魚送進去烤 15分

▼Penny完全沒有任何調味,烤了十分鐘打開超多油脂的阿阿阿,烤十五分鐘後可以在放在烤箱悶一下,等飯都煮好再一起上桌

▼接下來是超簡單玉米烘蛋,可以用新鮮玉米也可以像我偷懶用罐頭(噗)

▼打好二顆蛋,加入適量玉米(看個人喜好),加入鹽巴調好味

▼熱油鍋將蛋汁倒下去,蓋上鍋蓋(火不要太大免得焦掉)

▼等到上面的蛋液呈現七八分熟就可以翻面了

食後心得:
烤好的花魚真的非常好吃,老爺從頭誇獎到尾,雖然是比較貴一點,但下次去costco應該還會再買。
